Cool Blue is more than just the name of an appliance store! It’s one of the four colours in the Insights framework, in addition to Sunny Yellow, Earth Green and Fiery Red. By learning about their personal colours, your students can discover their own preferences in communication and learn how to communicate effectively with colleagues of other Insights colours. In this workshop, our certified coaches explain the basics of the Insights Discovery concept, followed by individual and group exercises to help the participants determine their preferred Insights colours and what this means for them in the workplace. This will improve their communication skills, leading to a better connection to colleagues. It also provides them with a common language to help them overcome challenges in the workplace.
